Meet Frankie, Short for Frankenkitten. As you may have noticed, Frankie is a little different; he is a one-of-a-kind kitten. Frankie has 4 ears and lacks one eye, but he’s just like any other cat in other ways. Frankie acts like a normal cat and has admirably adapted to the new situation. Of course, his loving family was always there to help when he needed it.
Frankie was found with another sibling under a house in the suburbs. The kitten was born with 4 ears from a feral mother. The owners brought in Franken Kitten and his brother to shelter them and allow them to socialize, with the aim of moving them home later.
Two ears are the first thing people see in Frankie. The kitten’s face is quite angular from ʙᴇɪɴɢ ʙɪᴛᴛᴇɴ too much. Frankie was not born with one eye. However, one of his eyes was ʙʀᴏᴋᴇɴ and it needed to be ʀᴇᴍᴏᴠᴇᴅ or else Frankie’s health problems would end up with his hind legs and knees out of place, so he walked a bit irregularly often.

Frankie’s lower fangs were touching the roof of his mouth, so that was corrected sᴜʀɢɪᴄᴀʟʟʏ. His knee also had sᴜʀɢᴇʀʏ. Frankie is now much more stable. Rᴇᴍᴏᴠɪɴɢ the eye effectively saved Frankie’s life. An eye ɪɴꜰᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴ could have ᴋɪʟʟᴇᴅ the kitten, so the vets acted quickly.
Frankie’s life is definitely tough, but his sweet demeanor and cute personality is what makes people love him. Despite looking like a different creature, Frankie is just like any other cat. Just spending a few hours with him will show you that he’s a pretty special cat, and it’s not just about looks.
Of course, physical problems affect his daily life. Frankie can’t hear properly due to the sound of his second ear due to muffledness and his night vision is not very good as he has only one eye. His mouth is another big problem as he can’t seem to handle wet food. Frankie is on a dry food diet and has learned to eat kibble in just a short time.
Frankie loves nothing more than cuddling with his owners and sleeping all day. He also loves playing with toys, so he obviously doesn’t let his physical flaws ruin his life. He is also quite annoying at least towards his siblings and the dogs. In the words of those who knew Frankie, he was quite “ʙᴏʟᴅ”.
Of course, they didn’t let him out because he was sure to get in ᴛʀᴏᴜʙʟᴇ. However, thanks to his personality, Frankenkitten is living proof that beauty lies within.
