Two Adorable Dogs With Severe Facial Dᴇꜰᴏʀᴍɪᴛɪᴇs Become Inseparable Best Friends.

Picasso, a 5-year-old dog, was born with a crooked nose, while one-year-old Newt was born without an upper jaw after being ʙɪᴛᴛᴇɴ by his mother dog as a child. Two dogs with significant facial abnormalities have an unbreakable bond.

Liesl Wilhardt, 53, founder and director of Adorable Dogs Rescue, detailed Picasso and Newt’s close relationship.

Despite the fact that both dogs have serious facial defects, they live happily on 55 acres of land in Oregon, USA. Liesl married Picasso in 2017 after his brother’s sudden ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ, then Newt in 2021, and the two became almost immediately inseparable.

Picasso, now 5, was born with a hooked nose and Newt, then 1, had no upper jaw after being bitten by his mother. Despite the daily hardships they face due to Newt’s deformity and medical problems, the couple is currently leading a very happy life.

We see their relationship through a series of clips depicting their daily routines, such as feeding, playing, walking and harvesting berries. Liesl commented: “It is a miracle that Picasso lived as an infant, as he would have to fight to be breastfed.”

Newt has faced a number of other difficulties, most of them unrelated to his missing upper jaw.

Picasso and Newt both liked to meet and greet people, so they liked to socialize and seek attention in public. Most people immediately do a second take and then glance at the dogs, hoping to figure out what they’re looking at.

“They didn’t suffer; they learned to live with their physical limitations and were able to achieve nearly anything they wanted.”

From the very beginning, Picasso admired Newt because he loved to play and wrestle and was a very sweet person. Our friendship became stronger as Newt got older. Admire Picasso and Newt both are friendly, fun, intelligent and interesting dogs.
