After being rescued by plumbers, the dog struggled in the ditch and was left to Dɪᴇ wagging its tail.
Plumber Carlos Carillo and a colleague made an unexpected discovery in a ditch along a country road on their way to work. According to Carrillo, an employee of Shoreline Plumbing in Texas, “At first, we didn’t know it was a dog.”
We turned around and noticed him. The dog was tied with a tube and had his lips glued. He must have been left to Dɪᴇ. Carillo and his companion rushed to save the dog Carrillo continued, “He seemed very funny.” He is very affectionate and enjoys the limelight. Maybe he was only there for a day or two.”
The dog was taken by plumbers to nearby ɴᴏ-ᴋɪʟʟ shelter Peewee’s Pet Adoption in their car. Carrillo refers to the dog’s apparent joy at being alive by saying, “Look at that face. It admits it’s been saved!
The dog was judged to be in good health despite the heartworm infection, so treatment was initiated. According to a Peewee Pet Adoption officer, “His tail won’t stop wagging.” What a lover, she exclaimed.
The person who abandoned the dog was never found, but the plumbers saved the dog’s life. Now all he needs is a safe, loving home.
The dog is overjoyed to be alive and is looking for a long, warm home.
