Persian Cat Rescued from Street Finally Living Up to Her Name After 6 Months

After 6 months of being loved, cared for and healed, this white kitten found on the street has returned to her true self and is now truly living up to her name.

In September 2015, a couple discovered an abandoned Persian cat that barely clings to a residential area. The cat was only skin and bones, desperately trying to survive.

“We knew Cotton Candy had little or no chance of making it through on her own. So we decided to rescue her and take care of her until she found a new home,” the couple said.

She was in very bad shape, but when they started to pet her, she started to purr and start eating. They took the cat to the vet to remove all the mats that had been bothering her. Kittens were also dewormed, vaccinated, treated for ear mites, microchipped and then neutered.

It took 4 vet visits and 3 months for her to recover. Then she joins the little lion pride in the house with three other rescue cats and she gets better and stronger every day!

Now she is a hyperactive, playful kitten that loves to be cuddled.

Her coat has returned to its original splendor and she is as affectionate and lovable as she can be.

We’re excited to announce that the kitten has found her forever loving home
