Meet Honey Bee, The Rescued Bʟɪɴᴅ Cat Who Loves To Go Hiking With Her Humans

Honey Bee is a wonderful blind cat, as well as an adventurer around the world. She lives in the Caribbean and currently lives in Seattle with her two companions and four other cats.

When she was a kitten, her family adopted her from Animals Fiji. Hiking with her human is one of her favorite pastimes.

She likes to ride on her human shoulder on long journeys. Whenever they went hiking, they would carry her on their shoulders or on a leash. She loves listening to the sound of water when going on outdoor adventures.

Though blind, she never lets that stop her from hiking with her owners and exploring the world. She doesn’t have good eyesight, but she has a keen perception of falling edges and points, allowing her to reach without falling.

Sadly, Honey Bee passed away last night from a serious illness. She’s only seven and a half years old, but she’s already done a lot with her time.

She had a very good life for a disabled cat born in an underdeveloped country.
