Kitten with Strong Will Transforms from Tiny Preemie to Adorable Fluffy Calico

Murphy’s Safe Haven said, “She was born bald, was born prematurely and had a terrible time growing back.” Both kittens were infected with feline leukopenia or feline hemorrhagic fever. Although the odds of the kittens were bleak, Audrey and her staff worked tirelessly, feeding them through tubes 24 hours a day, giving them medication and care.

Despite the best efforts of rescuers, the kittens did not survive. The kitten was hung there for another week before visibly improving. She became excited and started making her demands.

Tricolor baby is progressing. She craves a lot, followed by healthy fats. With her newfound strength, she began to play and fight with toys, lying on her back with her belly exposed. Everyone decided to call her Emilia. As soon as she was strong enough to hike, she tried to climb everything she could reach with her tiny feet.

Emilia was kept warm and comfortable in an incubator while her daily feeding and therapy progressed. She turned out to be a great hunter for attention and caressing, and also a lover of food. The baby watched intently from her nest when Audrey entered the room with a bottle of milk.

Emilia is slower in growth, but she makes up for it with her vivacious and brave personality. “She has a great personality”. Audrey describes her as “a passionate person”. She began observing her surroundings and taking an interest in the birds outside the window as soon as she got out of the incubator.

“Given all of her previous diagnoses, including leukopenia, the doctor confirmed it was a miracle that she was alive. She fought and overcame several illnesses. And no matter how slim her odds are, she never gives up.”

Emilia’s worried expression simply adds to her attractiveness. The pleasant young lady enjoys the company of her friends and is pleased to be cared for all day.

Emilia finally hit the 450g mark on the scale at 12 weeks old. She is curious and playful, interested in every toy and bouncing on every free knee in the house. Although she is quite young, her strong and brave personality has helped her conquer countless challenges.

She is determined to be tall, healthy, eat well and live to the fullest every day. When presented with a plush unicorn, Emilia sets out to climb its summit in pursuit of adventure. This little one is not afraid of anything.
