Dogs are some of the purest animals on Earth. They can instantly make a person feel warm and loved, and with what happened in England last Christmas season, we probably don’t deserve them.
A surveillance camera captured a man leaving his dog with a cot on the street and he ran back to his car after letting go of the dog’s leash. Even more heartbreaking is that the dog was desperately begging its owner to take it home and not leave it there. The dog tried to reach for the car window to look for his owner, but he drove away while the poor dog ran after the car.
A kind passerby saw the abandoned dog lying in bed, alone on an empty street. He immediately rescued him and took him to the vet. Authorities checked CCTV footage to find his family and return the dog they had just lost. However, when they watched the video again, they discovered that the poor dog was actually abandoned by his owner.
Authorities are investigating to find the ʜᴇᴀʀᴛʟᴇss people who left the poor Staffordshire Bull Terrier alone on the street.
The dog currently lives in its own kennel and receives love and care from those around, who nicknamed him “Snoop”.
After news of Snoop’s abandonment went viral, many people contacted the kennel to adopt him, and one request even came from rapper Snoop Dogg. However, Snoop will be in a private crib for the time being.
According to the people who currently take care of it, Snoop is an incredibly sweet and loving dog. He loves being around people and enjoys all the attention and love he is getting. Those who have been with Snoop could not understand how its owner could abandon such a lovely dog.
Obviously Snoop looked sad and heartbroken when he was rescued, but he’s recovering quickly and is now as playful, happy, and lovable as ever.
