One man saw four tiny white feet sticking out from under a truck, so he checked what was underneath and what he saw made his heart skip a beat.
A kitten abandoned by its mother was standing there, petrified and helpless. The kitten was scared and lost, so just a thought crossed the man’s mind, he just needed to help the little cat.
This man is the husband of a Reddit user, just another good guy, who posted about this sweet meeting on the popular social network. The cat, which they named “Axel”, now lives with them and feels absolutely safe at home.
Her husband sent a photo of the kitten clinging helplessly to the tire and asked if he could bring her home. “Who could refuse that face? She just hid under the truck after her mother ran away”.
He coaxed the kitten out until it was comfortable enough to go with him. Then he took the kitten to the vet for a checkup. They discovered that the kitten was only 4-5 weeks old. The couple brought her home and adopted her for life.
After a bit of coaxing, the kitten was immediately taken to the vet, checked and given some injections, after which she went home to her new clean and cozy family.
The couple are excited to welcome Axel to their family and are even more excited to see the new kitten get along with their other pets, a 19-year-old cat and a 2-year-old dog. “She’s a great addition to the home!” JustAnotherGoodGuy says.
Axel immediately felt at home and spent the day lounging on the sofa. Looking at her, it felt so safe and loved at home.
